Subject: Elk Basin Storage Field Constraints
Notice Text: Update (6-25-26):

The Elk Basin Storage Field will reach its maximum interruptible storage capacity at the end of gas day June 30, 2026. Injections for interruptible storage will not be scheduled for the Elk Basin Storage Field after June 30, 2026. WBI Energy will update this posting as field conditions change.

Update (6-18-26):

WBI Energy is still projecting that the Elk Basin Storage Field could reach its maximum interruptible storage capacity balance by July 1, 2026. This is based on the current interruptible storage balance in the field and the average net daily interruptible injection quantities for the month of June 2026. Future average daily net interruptible injection quantities higher than the current net daily average could result in the Elk Basin Storage Field reaching its maximum interruptible storage capacity sooner than July 1, 2026. Future average daily net interruptible injection quantities lower than the current net daily average could result in the Elk Basin Storage Field reaching its maximum interruptible storage capacity later than July 1, 2026. WBI Energy plans to update this posting next week.

This is based on the current interruptible storage balance in the field and the average net daily interruptible injection quantities for the month of June 2026. Future average daily net interruptible injection quantities higher than the current net daily average could result in the Elk Basin Storage Field reaching its maximum interruptible storage capacity sooner than late June 2026. Future average daily net interruptible injection quantities lower than the current net daily average could result in the Elk Basin Storage Field reaching its maximum interruptible storage capacity later than the end of June 2026. WBI Energy plans to update this posting later next week.

This is based on the current interruptible storage balance in the field and the average net daily interruptible injection quantities for the month of May 2026. Future average daily net interruptible injection quantities higher than the current net daily average could result in the Elk Basin Storage Field reaching its maximum interruptible storage capacity sooner than Late July 2026. Future average daily net interruptible injection quantities lower than the current net daily average could result in the Elk Basin Storage Field reaching its maximum interruptible storage capacity later than July 2026. WBI Energy plans to update this posting in June.
