Subject to FERC approval, effective April 1, 2026, as set forth in WBI Energy Transmission's February 27, 2026 filing in FERC Docket No. RP26-566-000, the proposed new Annual Fuel and Electric Power Reimbursement rates are as follow:
Fuel Use and L&U reimbursement percentages:
Integrated System is 1.282% for transportation and 0.127% for storage.
Electric Power rates:
Integrated System is $0.00701 for transportation and $0.00054 for storage.
North Badlands System is $0.00000 for transportation.
Round Prairie System is $0.00000 for transportation.
