WBI Energy Transmission, Inc. (WBI Transmission) hereby announces the commencement of a Binding Open Season (Open Season) for the proposed Bakken East Pipeline Project (Project). This Open Season is being held to solicit binding commitments from parties interested in firm natural gas transportation capacity on the Project. The Open Season is available to any party. The Open Season will commence February 2, 2026, and conclude at 4:00 PM Central Time on March 13, 2026. Interested parties must complete an Open Season Bid Sheet. Information on the Open Season and the Bid Sheet can be found under Other/Reference/Bakken East Pipeline Project Open Season on WBI Transmissions Website at transmission.wbienergy.com.
