The issue has been resolved. Current and historical measurement flow data has been successfully updated. Current Gas Quality information is now available, and updates to previous Gas Quality data are actively in progress.

**Update**
This issue is being worked on and expected to be resolved by the afternoon of Monday, October 6, 2025.


WBI Energy is currently experiencing technical problems with displaying measurement and gas information on the Customer Website (EBB). An update will be provided on the EBB once the issue is resolved.
