Subject to FERC approval, effective October 1, 2025, as set forth in WBI Energy Transmission's August 29, 2025 filing in FERC Docket No. RP25-1114-000, the proposed new Semi-Annual Fuel and Electric Power Reimbursement rates are as follow:
Fuel Use and L&U reimbursement percentages:
Integrated System is 1.463% for transportation and 0.569% for storage.
Electric Power rates:
Integrated System is $0.00536 for transportation and $0.00218 for storage.
North Badlands System is $0.00000 for transportation.
Round Prairie System is $0.00000 for transportation.
