In accordance with Subsection 10.7.2 of WBI Energy Transmission, Inc.s (WBI Transmission) FERC Gas Tariff, Third Revised Volume No. 1 (Tariff), WBI Transmission is electing to reserve uncommitted firm transportation capacity. Prior to reserving this capacity WBI Transmission made such capacity available to Shippers or Potential Shippers pursuant to Section 10.7.1 of its Tariff (Notice ID 7796). This capacity is reserved for the Line Section 32 Expansion Project, which consists of pipeline and measurement facilities to allow incremental natural gas deliveries from the NBPL-Elkhorn Creek (R) location to delivery locations near Epping, ND off of Line Section 32.
WBI Transmission is reserving a total Maximum Daily Delivery Quantity of 2,600 equivalent dekatherms per day on Line Section 30 (west flow). WBI Transmission held an open season for the project from February 24, 2025, to March 10, 2025. The anticipated in-service date of the project is October 2028.
