In accordance with Subsection 10.7.1 of WBI Energy Transmission, Inc.s (WBI Transmission) FERC Gas Tariff, Third Revised Volume No. 1 (Tariff), WBI Transmission is offering to any Shipper or potential Shipper the uncommitted firm transportation capacity detailed below. A Request/Bid for this capacity must be submitted within five (5) business days of this posting in accordance with the bidding procedures specified in Subsection 10.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of WBI Transmissions Tariff. Bidding will close at 5 pm (CST) five (5) business days following the electronic posting of such request. Pursuant to Subsection 10.7.6, a Request/Bid for the following capacity requires a twenty (20) year minimum term.
