Subject to FERC approval, effective April 1, 2025, as set forth in WBI Energy Transmission's February 28, 2025 filing in FERC Docket No. RP25-626-000, the proposed new Annual Fuel and Electric Power Reimbursement rates are as follow:
Fuel Use and L&U reimbursement percentages:
Integrated System is 1.147% for transportation and 0.019% for storage.
Electric Power rates:
Integrated System is $0.00567 for transportation and ($0.00056) for storage.
North Badlands System is $0.00000 for transportation.
Round Prairie System is $0.00000 for transportation.
