Subject to FERC approval, effective July 1, 2024, as set forth in WBI Energy Transmission's May 31, 2024 filing in FERC Docket No. RP24-798-000 removing the Fuel Use and L&U Reimbursement Percentages for the North Badlands and Round Prairie Systems, the proposed new Fuel and Lost and Unaccounted for Reimbursement rates are as follow:
Fuel Use and L&U reimbursement percentages:
North Badlands System is 0% for transportation.
Round Prairie System is 0% for transportation.
Effective July 1, 2024, any Fuel Use and Lost and Unaccounted for gas on Line Section 27 and Line Section 28, will be handled monthly on a pro-rata basis based upon shippers previous months total actual receipt quantities to total system receipt quantities.
