WBI Energy Transmission, Inc. (WBI Transmission) is holding an Open Season for its Minot Expansion Project (Project). The Project includes the replacement of existing pipeline facilities and associated regulation work. WBI Transmission is offering for sale up to 7,000 equivalent dekatherms per day (dkt/d) of firm transportation capacity to Minot, North Dakota and up to 2,900 equivalent dkt/d of firm transportation capacity to existing delivery locations on Line Sections 2 and 7 (deliveries on Line Section 2 must be made to delivery locations east of Glen Ullin and deliveries on Line Section 7 must be made to delivery locations south of WBI Transmissions Minot Lateral Take-off). The targeted in-service date is November 2025.
The Open Season will commence April 1, 2024, and conclude at 4:00 PM Central Time on April 15, 2024. Interested parties must complete an Open Season Bid Sheet.
