In accordance with Subsection 10.7.2 of WBI Energy Transmission, Inc.s (WBI Transmission) FERC Gas Tariff, Third Revised Volume No. 1 (Tariff), WBI Transmission is electing to reserve uncommitted firm transportation capacity. Prior to reserving this capacity WBI Transmission made such capacity available to Shippers or Potential Shippers pursuant to Section 10.7.1 of its Tariff (Notice ID 6962). The project for which this capacity is reserved will consist of pipeline and measurement facilities to allow incremental natural gas deliveries from the NBPL-Glenn Ullin (R) location to delivery locations near Minot, North Dakota and other delivery points on Line Sections 2 and 7.
WBI Transmission is reserving a total Maximum Receipt Point Capacity of 9,000 equivalent dekatherms per day at the NBPL-Glen Ullin (R) location, a Maximum Daily Delivery Quantity (MDDQ) of 2,800 equivalent dekatherms per day at the MDU-Minot Border location and an MDDQ of 4,200 at the MDU-Minot A.F.B location. WBI Transmission is also reserving an MDDQ of 2,000 equivalent dkt per day of Line Section 2 capacity (east bound flow) and an MDDQ of 2,000 equivalent dkt per day of Line Section 7 capacity (north bound flow). Deliveries on Line Section 2 must be made to delivery locations east of Glen Ullin and deliveries on Line Section 7 must be made to delivery locations south of WBI Transmissions Minot Lateral Take-off. WBI Transmission will hold an open season for the project from April 1, 2024, to April 15, 2024. The anticipated in-service date of the project is November 2025.
