Notice Text:		***The Computer issue has been resolved.*** WBI Energy Transmission is currently experiencing internal computer issues that is affecting WBI's ability to send out request for confirmations, scheduled quantities and other processes. Customers will still be able to submit noms via the EBB. Please contact the scheduling department with any concerns at 701-530-1630.
