Subject to FERC approval, effective April 1, 2023, as set forth in WBI Energy Transmission's March 1, 2023 filing in FERC Docket No. RP23-507-000 establishing a fuel and electric power reimbursement mechanism for the North Badlands and Round Prairie Systems, the proposed new Semi-Annual Fuel and Electric Power Reimbursement rates are as follow:
Fuel Use and L&U reimbursement percentages:
North Badlands System is (0.311%) for transportation.
Round Prairie System is (0.228%) for transportation.
The proposed new electric power rates:
North Badlands System is $0.00000 for transportation.
Round Prairie System is $0.00000 for transportation.
