As the situation with COVID-19 (coronavirus) continues to evolve, WBI Energys first priority is always the safety and health of our employees and the public. We know our customers look to us to provide critical infrastructure and energy services, and this requires certain functional areas to be covered by our personnel 24/7 to ensure the daily flow of natural gas and provide customer service and emergency response.
We have instituted certain measures to help protect our employees from exposure to COVID-19 and to curb the potential spread of the virus within WBI Energy and those we serve. Please know we are committed to providing the same high level of customer service you expect from our company.
We have put in place response plans, procedures and protocols for employees and visitors to reduce any impact to critical functional areas within our company and to ensure no disruptions in service. We continue to closely monitor the COVID-19 situation and will continue to proactively address this evolving challenge. We remain ready to provide essential products and services to our customers.
