**Update to Non-binding Open Season**
WBI Energy Transmission, Inc. (WBI Transmission) commenced a Non-binding Open Season for the Tioga to Emerson Project on January 10, 2020. The Non-binding Open Season was originally scheduled to conclude at 4:00 PM Central Time on January 31, 2020. Based on feedback from interested customers who have expressed a need for additional time to fully evaluate the project, WBI Transmission will be extending the Non-binding Open Season through February 28, 2020.
The Non-binding Open Season will now conclude at 4:00 PM Central Time on February 28, 2020. Interested parties must complete a Non-binding Indication of Interest sheet. WBI Energy Transmission, Inc. is holding a Non-binding Open Season for the purpose of further defining expressed market interest in new firm transportation capacity on the proposed Tioga to Emerson Project (Project). The new firm transportation capacity will be utilized to transport increasing volumes of associated gas, from the Bakken producing region in western North Dakota and eastern Montana, to new interconnections with existing interstate pipelines located along the proposed Project route, or at the Emerson pipeline hub in northwestern Minnesota. The targeted in-service date for the Project is November 1, 2023.
The Open Season will commence on January 10, 2020, and conclude at 4:00 PM Central Time on January 31, 2020. Interested parties must complete a Non-binding Indication of Interest sheet.
