The Charbonneau Compressor Station went off-line at 9:30 PM central on Friday, August 16, 2019 due to 3rd party equipment failure (electrical company outage due to severe weather). Power was restored and the WBI Energy system was returned to normal operating conditions at 6:30 AM central on Saturday, August 17, 2019.
WBI Energy Transmission is declaring a Force Majeure event for Line Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 25 and 30 for the time period detailed above pursuant to WBI Energy s FERC Gas Tariff, Section 25 of the General Terms and Conditions. The Reservation Charge Crediting as outlined in Section 5.2.1 of the applicable Rate Schedule(s) shall apply to this outage.
