On November 13, 2018, WBI Energy Transmission, Inc. (WBI Transmission) posted a notice (Notice ID 4792), pursuant to Subsection 10.7 of the General Terms and Conditions of WBI Transmission's FERC Gas Tariff, Third Revised Volume No. 1, in which WBI Transmission was electing to reserve uncommitted firm transportation capacity. This election to reserve capacity was made in conjunction with the Demicks Lake Expansion Project (Project) Open Season held April 20, 2018 through April 27, 2018. The Project proposed construction of new facilities to increase capacity for receipts of natural gas from new or existing receipt points on Line Section 27 for delivery to the NBPL-Spring Creek (D) location (Point ID 01316) in Northwestern North Dakota. The targeted in-service date for the Project is September 2019. As a result of the posting to reserve capacity, no shipper or potential shipper elected to subscribe to the uncommitted firm transportation capacity. Therefore, as a result of the posting, WBI Transmission has reserved 175,000 equivalent dkt point capacity and associated line section capacity, as described in Notice ID 4792. Such capacity reserved by WBI Transmission will be sold on a limited-term basis until the Project is put into service.
