Notice Text: WBI Energy Transmission desires to purchase 27,780 dkt of natural gas for operational purposes from receipt points located on Line Section 27. Please submit solicitations for the purchase of such gas by 8:30 am (CST) on November 27, 2018. Parties planning to submit a solicitation must have a natural gas purchase and sale agreement executed with WBI Energy Transmission. Responses may be made by submitting an Operational Gas Solicitation Sheet, which is available under Forms on WBI Energy Transmissions interactive website.
