A hydro-test will be performed on Line Section 2 near Bismarck, ND. The mainline is tentatively scheduled to be out of service from Gas Day July 30, 2024 to August 01, 2024 for this hydro-test.
The potential exists for receipt restrictions and increased line pressures on Line Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 25 and 30. The potential exists for delivery restrictions east of the test location on Line Sections 2, 3, 4 and 24, this includes WBI Points #01965 (Tesoro Refinery-Mandan) and #02000 (MDU-Mandan Tesoro Refinery).
WBI Energy is coordinating with the local distribution company for service options for the affected customers.
