Notice Text:		Hydrostatic testing will be performed on Line Section #22, Elk Basin to Billings, on the Yellow Line between the Silesia Valve and the South Yellowstone River Valve. The maximum capacity for Line Section 22 from Elk Basin to the Billings Area will be 89,000 dkt/d. WBI is currently working with all impacted customers. Information will be updated in the event conditions change.
