Notice Text:		Planned maintenance will be performed on Line Section 22 (Elk Basin - Billings). This maintenance may reduce the Red Line capacity between the Allendale Valve and Billings Monad (Billings Border) to 0 DKT. This maintenance is tentatively scheduled to happen between August 12, 2024 and August 16, 2024, specific impact dates and times will be updated as they come available. Points to be impacted: 03800 – Billings Conoco Phillips Refinery 03820 – Billings Monad (Billings Border) 03830 – Billings Mullowney WBI will be contacting impacted controlling parties to minimize impact.
